Registration Policy |

| Due to continued lack of training
and playing space we are unable to guarantee acceptance of your registration.
Priority is given to returning players, invited players then new players on
a first come, first-served basis until teams completed. |

| Dates |
 |
Two registration days will be held within the first week of February |
|
Dates and location will be on web site by end of December |
|
Supplementary days may be held if deemed necessary to complete teams |
|
Registration for teams playing intra-club will be held in March |
|
|
| Fees |
|
Set by executive committee and posted on web site by end of December |
|
Set after fees for grounds, officials and Association levies known |
|
|
| Refunds |
| If you withdraw |
|
before February 28th : full refund |
|
post February, prior to competition starting : Fee, less $50 |
|
once competition begins, prior to April 30th : Fee, less $100 |
|
after April 30th : NO REFUND |
|
|
| Returning Players |
|
Considered 'returning' if you have played with the club in either,
or both, of the previous two seasons and complete registration by close of registration days. |
|
Subsequently, you will only be able to register if a supplementary registration day is held and be classified as a new player |
|
|
| Invited Players |
|
Considered 'invited' if you have been offered a position in an existing team by
an official of the club (coach, manager or age coordinator) |
|
Official must submit your name and team allocation to registrar pre Feb 1st
|
|
If your name is not submitted you will be considered a new player
|
|

On registration, 'Invited' noted on form to ensure priority allocation
|
